Bai Lang Martial Arts is indicative of the next generation of full-time, professionally run clubs catering for students of all ages and ability levels.

Launched in December 2004 Bai Lang has rapidly evolved into Shropshire's fastest growing club flourishing on reputation and referral with its focus firmly set on maintaining the highest standards.

Operating as a full time kickboxing centre from 10.00am daily our facilities and resources are ideal for hosting events such as the Bai Lang Midlands Open Series although the site is also available for hire to other instructors/clubs/associations at various times.
